Q2. Do you support sample making? How long does it take?
A:Yes, sample production is supported. For chain restaurants, we can quickly produce samples within two weeks normally.
Q3. We have our own Designs and/or drawings. Can you customize the products according to ours ?
A: Yes, we can customize the products according to designs and/or drawings created by your designers.
Q4. If I need one sample, do I need to paid for it and how long it can be ready?
A: Yes, You'll have to pay double. The sample can be ready around one or two weeks normally after you pay it. The extra sample cost will be refunded to you when we get an order for one 40' HQ container from you.
Q5. Will you pack the goods with assembly instruction?
A: Yes, we put the assembly instruction into the package for K/D products. If you still don't know how to assemble it, you may consult us.
